Excellent menu and flavor combinations. Dishes that can surprise (positively) both with their appearance and taste:). Excellent service. Worthy of an excellent rating and only positive recommendations. Separately, it is worth highlighting the atmosphere, the view of the mountains, very cozy.

This is a wonderful hidden gem that should be more well-known, even if it will become harder to get a spot!!! We didn’t make a reservation, but we were determined to eat here and our server was kind enough to seat us outside (he even offered his jacket if I got cold, due to it being early october). As soon as a table became free inside, he moved us there. The food was spectacular, we ordered the chef’s choice 3 course meat menu. It included a tray of wonderful appetizers, a main with various different types of meat (cow, ram, lamb, pork, etc) and a desert with 4 different wonderful pastries. The service was great, and we had a lovely time!

We had been wanting to try the Black Risotto and stumbled across this restaurant by following the sounds of diners. The risotto was delicious, the service friendly and efficient and the view stunning. A little bit more expensive than other restaurants but the quality and location was worth it.

Best meal ever! I drove all the way here before my flight to see if it was just a one-off—but it wasn’t. The meat sword is incredible. The first time, I also had the kids’ ćevapi, and this time, the kids’ chicken schnitzel. The fries are amazing soft but crispy. The waiters are super nice and old-school charming. ++Great prices and view!

Shumica is the best beach club by the sea! The food is absolutely delicious — every dish is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the service. The waitresses and the bartender are simply the best — always friendly, fast, and professional, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, with beautiful seaside views that make every visit special. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, and there’s even free parking, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for top-notch service, amazing food, and a perfect spot to enjoy the beach vibes, Shumica is the place to be. Highly recommended! We will surely come back next year. Very nice location and cosy 👍🙂 the food is very delicious like fish or cevapci. Also the drinks are nice. I was in split this year with my family and visited Šumica almost every day. The people are very friendly and helpful 👍 toilets are very clean and price are accurate. I recommend everyone to visit this location and try it. Thanks to Šumica team for the nice time.

The experience was horrible. The photos do not match the food and the owner was very rude and accused me of not liking the food. Meanwhile the guy across at different table also said his was horrible. Avoid this place, when i showed the photo does not match they did not care and blamed me. Charged me even though I asked to remove the not edible chewy rough horrible steak.

The food was delicious, the best I've ever had. I'd like to say hello to the lovely waitress from August 18, 2025, from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Bye, bye, bye. ❤️ I recommend the spaghetti carbonara with shrimp and fries. You won't find better fries in Omiš or the surrounding area. 5 of us went here for dinner last night and I must say it was the best food I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the seafood platter to start and for our main we ordered fresh caught fish and squid. For drinks we ordered gin tonics to start and then white wine with food. Desert too was very good too! 10/10 highly recommended

The location was amazing. The food was also very very good. The prices were very high though. For a main dishes were 35-50€+ You order the meat/fish and have to order side dishes on top ranging around 5-10€ The main dishes are between 25-40€ Desserts were good but not great.

Yes yes yes 🙌🏽 We were so lucky to find this place! We had no reservation and were lucky enough to be there ahead of time, so they squeezed us in. We couldn’t be more happy about it. We had ceviche as a starter, which was amazing, from texture to freshness to taste, just perfect! As a main we shared a fresh fish, which was cooked over charcoal, few ingredients but the taste was just amazing! They really care about their ingredients and the products and yes you can feel it while talking to the staff and definitely tasting it. The desert was a home made apple cakes which also did nor disappoint! The staff was also amazing, unfortunately I forgot her name, but she did a great job by telling us about the food, the wine, the country and the people… Highly recommend to visit this amazing place - don’t forget to make a reservation ✌🏼

Absolute shambles. Took over an hour and a half to get a few burgers and pasta out to us. Manager refused to come and talk to us despite asking our waiter as we became increasingly frustrated. All tables around us had no food and clearly very badly managed. Food arrived and was very average despite the wait. White wine was delivered to the table warm and not chilled at all. Would not recommend and avoid at all costs. Terrible

A hidden gem right on the beach! We had an amazing lunch at this lovely family-owned restaurant. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — you can really feel the care they put into everything. We ordered seafood and it was absolutely delicious — fresh and flavourful. The atmosphere was perfect: relaxing, friendly, and just steps from the sea. Highly recommended if you’re in the area — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing place, friendly staff, delicious food and reasonably priced for the location and fresh quality of the food. Such a special location, right on the beach. Although we were there off season, in May 2024, so we had the place almost to ourselves most days. But still highly recommended you visit, even if just for a beer. On different visits my family and I ate pizza, squid, prawns, fries, grilled vegetables, salad and pancakes. On one occasion I took a couple of pizza to take away which stayed hot until I returned back to our accommodation (about 10 mins walk away). The bread is extremely tasty and addictive too!

Absolutely delicious food, cooked to perfection! The chicken was perfect in both flavour and texture. The schnitzel was enormous, chips were great, the salad fresh, and the pohovani sir perfect as always. Had a nice McChicken-esque sauce as well. The palacinke with icecream was also a great dessert. The staff are also amazingly friendly and make you feel very welcome! Did I mention you also get a shot of rakiya before your meal? Perfection!

We couldn't decide where to eat, and the waiter came over and spoke to us. We had his recommended dishes, and they were amazing. Really delicious and fresh. The sea bream was flaky and light, grilled skin was crispy and delicious and the spinach side with potato was really nicely seasoned and complimented it so well. We also had the veal medallions with creamy mushroom sauce, which came with a delicious lemon rice. So good. All that and a large beer and a large bottle of water, for €51. We were sitting outside which was nice and cool, and bustling with tourists and locals, which we enjoyed. The waiter was friendly and complimentary, and as I said his recommendations were spot on - fresh, local fish and veal he said was farmed by his uncle. We would recommend!

Had a lovely evening here, looked at these reviews and decided to come for dinner as we were staying just down the road. We had to go in through the Nestos Hotel and was only us and 1 other couple but had the best night. Toni the server was incredible our whole time there, explaining everything and was obviously passionate about everything he was serving. All the food was incredible, the sea salt and oil pairings with the bread, the tuna dish and the rib eye as well as sharing a chocolate soufflé and had a great Croatian prosecco.

This was an amazing dinner! The restaurant is a bit hidden, located within the hotel nestor. It's a modern and cosy style of the furniture and decoration. Once we decided for our meals we've got a perfect wine recommendation and very interesting explanations. As a starter they served olive oil with orange aroma, special salt and tasty bread. This was really good! So clear recommendation for that restaurant!

Great restaurant, great atmosphere, great food and great service. We managed to get a table sitting on the beach which was great. Also had the Dalmatian salad and it was more than enough to share with my wife. We also had rice and grilled vegetables for sides, which was more than needed really. Dalmatian salad had a raspberry balsamic vinegar which was really nice. Parking was also very easy, literally parked outside the entrance. Would happily go again.

Fabulous steak! It’s chargrilled to perfection, amazingly tasty and reasonably priced (for Croatian standards). Look for the entrance past the other restaurant on the alley. Avoid grilled veggies; they are way overpriced for the portion. Staff is super nice.

This restaurant in Omiš was a fantastic discovery. The service was top-notch, and the grill master's skill was on full display as he prepared our sea bass and sea bream right in front of us. The fish was grilled to perfection, giving it an amazing, smoky flavor. Paired with a fresh salad and a cold non-alcoholic beer, it was a truly delicious and memorable meal. Went to shooko for dinner last night when we arrived we asked to sit outside with a drink and look at the menu he didn’t let us and told we had to decide before sitting down which was very strange the staff was very rude to us the whole time we ordered 2 100% Angus cheese burgers and they came like burgers from a butty van and for the price wasn’t worth it also had rave music on full blast. I would not recommend and would tell anyone to go somewhere else not worth the money for the food and service you receive
