Do you want a great meal, at truly fine restaurant? It would be a great choice to eat here. We ordered the "grill" from our waiter Dimitre (spell?), he was so right for the job. Our salads were super fresh, the grill featured different local meats and roast potatoes. It was both delicious and healthy, and big portions; it was delightful. This was more than just a meal, it was a true taste of Croatia's history, delicacies and tastes. All served in perfect timing by Dimitre.

One of the best places in Zagreb to eat grilled meat! Restaurant is placed in the basement so no windows, but apart from red table cloths that’s the only thing that might bother someone. In the evening they often have live music and place is packes. Male sure you book a table in advance as it is rather popular. Food is really good and so is the service. There is parking around the restaurant but you have to pay per hour most of the times.

The food is phenomenal, no doubt about it. The portions are sizeable to say the least, but still at a reasonable price. This is a place where you can find quality meals that are absolutely delicious! One thing that bothered us was the fact that it was quite hot on the terrace. We were assigned a table there, and we didn't expect it to be so hot in the semi enclosed terrace (we were told the AC was broken). Service was also not outstanding, but still up to par.

Solid food, good BBQ but nothing special. Soup was oversalted. A bit overpriced in my opinion, especially cold starters. It's not too expensive but it's not really a cheap place. I suppose the atmosphere is nicer with live music, if that's your thing. Service was good and professional.

Potatoes were uncoocked, meat was so so. On our comment to the waiter, he just confirmed "oh than they are really uncoocked" like he knew it already. Price was not reduced. At least bottle beer was ok.

I only have superb thoughts about this restaurant, super nice waiters, when we received our main dish, we were amazed how the proportions were huge, I was not even able to finish the dish despite not eating from morning. Huge recommendations for meat lovers to visit this restaurant.

Amazing food! Delicious! One of the best places for ćevapi. And pljeskavica. And punjena vješalica. And everything else is also delicious. Baked potatoes and fries are also one of the best we've had! They have good beer also. If you don't believe it, you must come and try! We go there regularly! A family-owned local place. Expect it to be crowded during lunch time, obviously.

ThePlace just opened, so it is to early to tell how it will be later on, but now: - service and atmosphere is great - there is a great, fenced and accessible kids playground within the restaurant. - good parking. - still now delivery, but could be soon. - pizza is tasty and above average good. Not the best in Zagreb, but you will be satisfied.

We came here on a busy Friday night and it was packed full. We did not have a reservation however, after a few minutes, the busy waitress finally noticed us and told us to hang tight, she would find a table for us which she did! And it was well worth it. The food was fantastic. We have eaten in many trattorias around the world and this was one of the best! The drinks also were awesome and the service was really great. We could not have had a better time.

I have been visiting this restaurant for a long time and the food and service are always of top quality. Extremely friendly stuff. In my personal opinion, this is the best price-quality ratio you can get in the city. The quality of the meat is extraordinary, always fresh and tender. Today I was convinced that the tuna itself is the best I have ever tasted, so juicy and delicious. I think you can't go wrong with any dish from their menu at this place and always if the staff offers you what they currently have on the menu, accept it because it is always recommendations for the best option on that day 🙂

Butler instantly became one of my favorite spots for authentic Napoletana pizza. The dough was absolutely ideal, light, airy, perfectly chewy, easily digestible, and beautifuly blistered from the perfect high-heat exposure. I ordered Marinara, made with rich San Marzano tomatoes, garlic and excellent olive oil. Simple and incredibly flavourful. I have also tried a bite of Prosciutto Crudo pizza, and it was brutally good. The atmosphere is a bit "messy", haphazardly, and the wait for someone to take our order was oddly long, despite the fact the place was only half fool. But we did arrive without reservation, and I suppose they prefer reservations. Still, the quality of pizzas deserves the highest grade.

The pizza #6, (can't remember the name), was simply devine!! Excellent pizza. Service was great and quick. My only negative is that the space was a let down, it's almost Valentine's Day and they still have full Christmas decor up, which made it seem uncared for. With that said, is still go back for that pizza!

We chose Rustica to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends. None of the 20 of us had any complaints, not one! Very satisfied with the organization, service and food, even the coffee is fantastic! Mrs. Jasmina was our perfect hostess, polite, patient and extremely nice. Really, regardless of whether you are going to lunch with your partner, to a business meeting or you want to celebrate a special day - Rustica is an excellent choice because the manager Davor is also extremely accommodating. And I will definitely be back there to try something else on the menu very soon. You do the same!

Overall, we really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the Spanish-speaking blond waitress was very welcoming and attentive. We had chicken, squid, mushrooms and grilled vegetables, all very good. I like the chicken dish best, with cheese 🧀 and bacon 🥓 in the middle. There are singers on Friday nights, and the atmosphere is great. The only downside was that the male waiter who served us at the beginning was very rude and slow. We ordered a glass of wine but it didn't come for half an hour, which was very European.

Wow! Best food and fastest service I've had in a long time. Would return here in a heartbeat. Great food, lots of options, fast service, great draught Staropramen, lots of space inside, lovely ambiance. Got that octopus salad. And cuttlefish black risotto. Unbelievable taste.

The fried calamari were some of the best I've eaten, even though we arrived fairly late, they were still available and stocked. Portion was not as mountainous as some places, but still very big. Food arrived in less than 10 minutes, service was fast. Air conditioned space is not too big, so on very hot days it's probably not very pleasant if you don't catch a seat in that area. Price around 10€ per person.

First time here, heard many great things about this restaurant. 3 of us ordered two types of fish, and received what you can see in the photos. Which was fair enough, but got shocked when we saw the bill. We were charged 3kg of fish, 240€, but there was barely 1kg on that plate. The food is excellent, and the wine was also great. Other prices are normal but the fish fiasco leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

This is a brilliant place for a hearty, homemade meal. The menu is broad but the selection of soups and “pekas” was enough for me. Loved every soup I tried (zagorska, mushroom, tomato, fish, beef) and veal, octopus and calamari peka was one of the better I tried in general. The service surprised me with their kindness and hospitality. I suggest to book a table as the place gets seriously crowded, especially for weekend lunch.

This is a small restaurant with approx 10 tables. It’s located close to three hotels so it can get busy. I was there on a Saturday and lucky for me it was super quiet only two tables were occupied. I really enjoyed my dinner. The food was good, jazz music was relaxing and service was excellent. The seemed to have quite a bit of items with truffles. I ordered the pumpkin soup which I was expecting to be sweet and it wasn’t so that was good. I dislike seeet soups. My main was the truffle pasta with padano and truffle (hold the ham) with a few small bay shrimp and panna cotta for desert. It’s between a 4 and 5 star so I will be generous and give them a 5 star. The server was very attentive.

We were so lucky to stumble upon this restaurant on our last night in Croatia. The waitress, the chef's daughter, was warm and friendly, and every dish was meticulously prepared and delicious. We've been traveling for nearly two months and tried many restaurants, but this is our favorite; it's truly delicious. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed.
