Absolutely delicious restaurant! The waitress was adorable and very friendly. The pizzas were tasty, the ravioli were great, and the Caesar salad was generous and delicious as well. We also tried the pear pie for dessert, so good! The cocktails were on point too. Prices are reasonable and there’s plenty of space. Great atmosphere overall, I highly recommend!

The pizza was excellent – fluffy dough that stayed soft until the last bite, paired with a well-seasoned tomato sauce full of fresh herbs. The location is very convenient, and even the kids’ burger menu was nicely done, served with tasty homemade fries. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised – the prices are very reasonable for the quality. We also tried the pasta Carbonara, which came with a generous amount of grated truffle. For those who aren’t fans of its strong aroma, it’s worth mentioning that to the waiter when ordering.

Amazing food. I had the tuna steak with grilled vegetables with some focaccia and a glass of malvaziya. The tuna was done medium rare. It was perfectly seasoned and with a nice crust. The grilled vegetables were perfect as well. The bread was very fresh. I'd highly recommend a visit. It is not far from Trsat Castle. Just about 500m down the road.

This place is quiet has a very nice Spanish atmosphere. They serve Prosciutto here in black and white pig leg. The bar is where I usually sit and I have a good time. The owner is a nice guy and people here speak English so I would recommend it to anyone visiting. The Prosciutto is served with bread and sometimes the owner will take shots with you. Fridays is when the whole place is packed with people so you might wanna make a reservation on that day unless you're alone

We had an unforgettable dinner here! The service was excellent — very friendly and attentive. The Iberian ham was simply outstanding, full of rich flavor, and the seafood paella was a true highlight: fresh, aromatic, and perfectly cooked. We had lunch here on a Friday and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was very good (Annamaria), meals were tasty, generous portions and reasonably priced. We even tried their raspberry dessert and it was delicious. If you pay by card their tips suggestions are 7%, 10% or 12% which seems to be quite high as a suggested percentage but you can customize the amount.

Following my experience in Zagreb, I am pleased to have found the same high standard at the Batak restaurant in Rijeka. It is immediately noticeable that they have a special 'something' in their approach: the staff is extremely kind, yet unobtrusive, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, it is very tasty, and the menu offers more than enough choice for everyone to find something they like. The wine list also deserves praise. Furthermore, it is evident that a lot of effort and attention has been invested in the interior design of the space.

SapoRi is an excellent choice for anyone craving great pasta or risotto. Their selection of both is wide and interesting, making it easy to find something unique. We decided on one pasta dish because we were intrigued by their homemade almond pesto and one risotto that caught our attention with its dar beer and ricotta sauce. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The wine selection is also great, offering enough variety to complement the food nicely. On top of that, the waiter was friendly and helpful.

We chose this restaurant with my wife to have dinner and enjoy our last evening in Croatia. We picked Ostraja Familia because of its high rating, but the experience was a huge disappointment. :( We ordered the Tuna dish, and it was unbelievably salty – so salty that it was impossible to enjoy or even taste the actual food. There was no flavor, no pleasure, just overwhelming SALT. This completely ruined our dinner and spoiled what should have been a beautiful last evening of our trip. A total disappointment! I absolutely do NOT recommend this place.

This place is just amazing. the portions are HUGEEE we asked for a 2 person plate its at least for 3 person or 4 and we had a separate dish where the meat was the size of the whole plate and its not just big but tasty as well. the service was also very nice and they are dog friendly! really appreciate this place and would 100% recommend it. fast, kind and lovely place.

The food was absolutely amazing. We ordered Tomina Tagliata, BBQ ribs and roasted veal with potatoes. Veal was soft and full of flavour and tagliata was just straight up amazing in every bite. For dessert we had some cheese cake ice cream and lemon tart. That was also just what you want from a dessert. Overall great experience and we will be coming back.

They don't offer a large menu, but those few dishes are really good 👌. Servings are big, you won't leave with a half full stomach. We had a pork ribs, which had quite a lot of meat on them, and were well done. We also had a burger, which was quite big, with real meat inside instead of a pljeskavica. Prices are ok, not too expensive, not too cheap. Service is also quite good with a nice atmosphere of a local restaurant. It has a small nearby parking area free of charge, but big enough to accommodate all their customers. We will definitely return again to check the rest of the menu.

Came here two days in a row because the food was so good! Had the game (deer) goulash on day and the Boskarin goulash the second day had both with the home made gnocchi, also had their cauliflower soup and it was all delicious! I read some Google reviews and decided to try the fried calamari. It was really good, no wonder people recommend it. The price is €13 and the portion is huge, definitely enough to share between two people. You can add rice or a salad for an additional €3–4 per person

Fantastic see food with fresh fish, home made pasta and selection of apetizers. Everything we tasted was perfect with a taste of home made meals. Special spring offer of dishes with wild asparagus. Service is very good. Place is crowded on Fridays so better reserve your table.

some of the best cooked fish i’ve had in my life. prepared quite simply to let the ingredients shine. after driving all day we came at an odd time and so we were one of two tables. we sat outside and the ambiance might not appeal to some but i liked being on the quieter street by the fish market. i never care about good service because i think the food speaks louder but i would be remiss not to mention the very charming server who was excited to chat about hockey with a foreigner. he recommended all our food and even though the combination was odd to our palates (potatoes two different ways as sides) we thought it was such a charming and simple dinner. the wine pairing with the fish was lovely. since we didn’t have much say in the order we were expecting he picked a pricier cut of fish (especially because it tasted so good) so it was quite a pleasant surprise when the cheque came and we realized he picked a modestly price, fresh fish for us. overall great experience. on a 4 week road trip through so many different cities, this is the only restaurant i would want to go back to.

Absolutely amazing pizza! The staff are so friendly and approachable, and the atmosphere is calm and cozy, even though it’s right in the heart of the city. If I say it’s the best pizza in town, I’m probably not making a mistake. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy great food. The other meals besides pizza are also amazing and beautifully served. But the best thing about this place is definitely the staff who work here — so approachable, warm, and genuinely friendly. The owner should be proud to have such a great team. It’s also a dog-friendly place, both inside and outside, which makes it even better.

What an absolutely wonderful place! It recently upgraded with a new chef and a new owner and the food is simply amazing. Cooked with love and local seasonal ingredients - the season menu changes regularly while you can order the beloved classics (tuna tartar with orange sauce, steak tartar or risotto with truffles and Parmesan) all year round. A seriously star-chef quality preparation and presentation, but without the prices to bite. An absolute favourite!

I ordered a Sesame-Tuna-Steak with mediterran potatoes and it was excellent. The tuna was perfectly medium, the potatoes had a really crispy taste and the sweet soy sauce was veery good!! Also the Service from Mia was an overall great experience - she was very friendly, had an answer to all my questions and also recommended an awesome chocolate cake to me. I would totally recommend eating at the Bistro Na Kantridi !!

The food is good, the portions are okay, the atmosphere is nice, the view is gorgeous, there was a language barrier with the waiters, they did not particularly understanding english, the wait time for the food and the check was awfully long.
