Locally owned and operated fish bar. You really sit at bar tables, close together, lots of people smoking unfortunately. Fish was really good, choose from the chalk board as some of the menu (risotto, goulash, pasta, …) is only available on the weekends. They bring everything on a big plate and you go from there 😊 The restaurant was recommended to us by a local as the only decent restaurant in the village.

Great place to dine. The food is great! My favourite was the octopus salad. My son loved the fish soup. Staff is friendly. The only thing is that they are a bit slow to serve the food, we had to wait quite a while, but once you get your food, it makes it worth the wait.

We visited this place 3 times during our week in Kraljevica. We tried several meals, all of them were delicious. Pleasan sittin on the outdoor terrace. Service was also good with adequate waiting times. We recommend.

A restaurant outside the center or village and almost always full of people. A terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of Bakar, where dogs are allowed, which is a big plus. The food on the menu is good with not high prices, and daily brunches are definitely recommended.

We went specifically to eat seafood and were 100% satisfied! The food is delicious, the waiters are polite, the room and toilets are clean and tidy, and the new renovation and pleasant temperature in the hot season are also pleasing. For a portion of risotto (13 euros), grilled squid with octopus and French fries (12 squid and 3.50 potatoes), as well as a whole bottle of white wine, we paid 45 euros. We will definitely come back here again!

A local eatery serving delicious food. Service was a little slower but that was expected of a very local eatery that was also attending to large families. There were also staff who could speak english. We had the shopska salad, fried squid with fries and the vegetarian pizza. The ambience was laid back and the food was simply delicious - very hearty and huge portions. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal there. It was just the two of us so we had to pack most of the pizza to go since it was a little too much food.

When we asked for the menu, they only told us what they were serving so we werent able to check the prices. After the delicious mixed meat and some housemade dessert, they showed us the check which was much higher than expected so we had to drive for an ATM to get enough money to pay the bill (only cash). I recommend people to ask for the prices, especially for tourists so they cannot make up the prices afterwards. However, the dishes were delightful

A family owned restaurant that serves local food. Everything is prepared for that day so you have to ask for the daily offer. One thing for sure - the ingredients are local and fresh. And you cannot leave without trying a pie which is made by the owners mother. It's extra delicious! This is a place worth visiting.

We loved this place for breakfast and for dinner. It is located right along the bay so the atmosphere is so tranquil and peaceful! Situated a short distant from Krk island and Rijeka yet tucked away peacefully near the sea and minus the bigger city prices. The family that run the restaurant are super friendly and helpful to know what is in the area. Well worth a stop in for a bite and relaxation.

I am so glad that I have gone a bit out of my way to get here. I had fired squid with chard, one of the best meals of such kind I've had. The service was great and attentive, the atmosphere was homey and relaxed, while at the same time showing the local charm of Bakar. The view of the marina is great too. Definitely recommend and am coming back to try something else next time I'm close by.

We had a very nice experience here. We had grilled squid and a grilled fish and the food was really nice in this small town. The staff were very warm and friendly. When we forgot and left our bag in the restaurant, they run after us and handed it over.

It is very commendable when a friendly waiter warns you about a slightly longer wait for your food so that you have the choice to stay or leave. I stayed because I really wanted their pizza, which is named after the restaurant itself. I almost always order hu and I am not disappointed. It is also commendable that you can come to the terrace with your dogs while cats are waiting for a piece of food from the surrounding bushes. Very nice.
