We were bikepacking across Europe, and this was our first night in Serbia, and this restaurant was the closest to our campground, with the highest reviews that looked authentic. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and helpful.And we had an amazing dinner, I would highly recommend this place! The food and service was outstanding! We were the only foreigners in the place (from the USA)

I had lunch at Idila today, I ordered lamb prepared in peka with potatoes and sopska salad. This restaurant is a great authentic balkan experience with great old school waiters and food preparation. I recommend it to everyone.

Food wasn't to my expectations. Ordered calamari, food was cold and very tough to chew. Will not definitely visit this place anymore. If you are looking for a good calamari don't go there!

Food is always on top! very tasty and delicious. Staffs are friendly and approachable. They assisted us and always finds a way to get you a vacant seat table. The atmosphere is very nature. The taste of all the food we order is on top! Like a 5 star hotel restaurant. A band serenading us when we visited, while eating our sumptuous dinner. The ambiance is nice. I will surely go back there.

One of the few places in this part of the country that serves almost completely "proper" fish stew (riblji paprikaš), in the likes of what you would get in Sombor or Apatin. The fact that you have to wait for it for about 45 minutes already says a lot, but the final outcome is as close to the real thing as I've ever seen. The rest of the menu is also good, and on top of that, it's a nicely decorated place with good service and really affordable prices.

Bukvin Salaš – a place where the stomach sings and the heart dances If you haven't been to Bukvin Salaš, you should know right away – your stomach is deceiving you! The place is like something out of a fairy tale, only instead of fairies, you are greeted by hosts with brandy and a smile as wide as Vojvodina. The food? Well, let me tell you – when I tried the soup, I almost asked the waiter to adopt me. The roast is soul-melting, and the cakes are so good that I was briefly afraid that I was in heaven (but then I saw the bill and realized that I was still on earth after all – thank God, affordable!). The ambiance is such that even the most hardened city dweller wants to put on his trousers and play the tamburitza. Peace, nature, colorful flowers, birds chirping and all that while you eat like a king. The staff is so kind that I started washing their dishes out of gratitude – they didn't give me any, they said: "You are a guest!" Well, since you insist... In short - if you are looking for a place where you will eat, laugh and maybe cry from happiness (or hot peppers), Bukvina Salaš is the right place. Go. Eat. And don't forget to bring a tracksuit - it'll be easier when you're full.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. If you're looking for a place where you can forget about bills, obligations, and a neighbor drilling at 7am – this is it! The accommodation was perfectly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated – like a little corner of heaven! 🏡💫 The fridge didn't let us down, the air conditioning was obedient, the mosquitoes were polite (or were there none?), and the peace and quiet was like in a monastery. The location is great – close enough to everything, yet far from stress. Thank you for everything – we'll be happy to come back! ❤️

Very delicious fish food. Riblja paprikaš is wonderful, a big portion can be eated by 2 persons 😊 A good prženi som, fresh fatty fish. Prices not cheap, but it's worth it. The only downside is that we had to ask waitress menu. Thank you.

Highly recommended! Huge selection of fresh cooked dishes – cooked and baked on site every day. Numerous options are available: from cooked and baked dishes, to lean and vegetarian options. Upon request, they also prepare fish or Karađorđe steaks on site for larger orders. As part of the cooked dishes, there is also a bakery with a rich selection of sweets, bacon and various pastries. The staff, Jelena and Maja, are always very kind, smiling and ready to help with the selection. Highly recommended for everyone who loves homemade, delicious and always fresh food!
