Shumica is the best beach club by the sea! The food is absolutely delicious — every dish is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the service. The waitresses and the bartender are simply the best — always friendly, fast, and professional, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, with beautiful seaside views that make every visit special. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, and there’s even free parking, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for top-notch service, amazing food, and a perfect spot to enjoy the beach vibes, Shumica is the place to be. Highly recommended! We will surely come back next year. Very nice location and cosy 👍🙂 the food is very delicious like fish or cevapci. Also the drinks are nice. I was in split this year with my family and visited Šumica almost every day. The people are very friendly and helpful 👍 toilets are very clean and price are accurate. I recommend everyone to visit this location and try it. Thanks to Šumica team for the nice time.

We ate at the restaurant today, we had 2 pizzas and I ordered tuna on the grill with grilled vegetables and I have to say it was all really really bad. I am sorry for the young waitress but he really was not very pleasant and the tuna was nothing better than awful. It was completely dry, overcooked and without any flavour. Do yourself a favour and rather spent few more euros at Espana restaurant right next to it.

Fabulous steak! It’s chargrilled to perfection, amazingly tasty and reasonably priced (for Croatian standards). Look for the entrance past the other restaurant on the alley. Avoid grilled veggies; they are way overpriced for the portion. Staff is super nice.

This restaurant in Omiš was a fantastic discovery. The service was top-notch, and the grill master's skill was on full display as he prepared our sea bass and sea bream right in front of us. The fish was grilled to perfection, giving it an amazing, smoky flavor. Paired with a fresh salad and a cold non-alcoholic beer, it was a truly delicious and memorable meal. The excellent prices were a bonus!

This is a wonderful hidden gem that should be more well-known, even if it will become harder to get a spot!!! We didn’t make a reservation, but we were determined to eat here and our server was kind enough to seat us outside (he even offered his jacket if I got cold, due to it being early october). As soon as a table became free inside, he moved us there. The food was spectacular, we ordered the chef’s choice 3 course meat menu. It included a tray of wonderful appetizers, a main with various different types of meat (cow, ram, lamb, pork, etc) and a desert with 4 different wonderful pastries. The service was great, and we had a lovely time!

Absolute shambles. Took over an hour and a half to get a few burgers and pasta out to us. Manager refused to come and talk to us despite asking our waiter as we became increasingly frustrated. All tables around us had no food and clearly very badly managed. Food arrived and was very average despite the wait. White wine was delivered to the table warm and not chilled at all. Would not recommend and avoid at all costs. Terrible

TL;DR food is extremely bad, don’t go there. Longer version: the food served at this restaurant reminded me of the bad meals we would get at the school canteen. Canned tomato soup, frozen spinach, chewy meat, overcooked rice and soup that is nothing but a broth with a few pasta in it is what we got served. My mother did not even eat her dish: the “meat soup” which was the broth with a few pasta in it. The rest of the group barely ate their food. The waiter asked if something was wrong and so we explained what was bad. A “sorry” was offered, but no discount on the bill and cash only. Otherwise service was good, fast and friendly. The restaurant is strategically located on a cute square.

Loved our 2 1/2 hour lunch at Konoba Kampanel. The summer storm over the Adriatic had a bit to do with our lengthy stay but it was totally enjoyable. The waiter kept me plied with beautiful cold beers while my partner roamed the shops. When she finally joined me we ordered a delicious Smokey bbq seafood plate of muscles, fish, squid and scampi with awesome spinach and potatoes with butter. There was lashings of delicious local olive oil over the meal. I cleaned up my plate with fantastic fresh bread and olive oil and vinegar. The meal was ample for both of us. It got a little hairy as the storm unleashed on the town but the waiters kept us protected from most of the rain and wind.

The experience was horrible. The photos do not match the food and the owner was very rude and accused me of not liking the food. Meanwhile the guy across at different table also said his was horrible. Avoid this place, when i showed the photo does not match they did not care and blamed me. Charged me even though I asked to remove the not edible chewy rough horrible steak.

Bye, bye, bye. ❤️ I recommend the spaghetti carbonara with shrimp and fries. You won't find better fries in Omiš or the surrounding area. Great food for reasonable price with a beautiful riverside view! Had a seafood mix plate for 2 persons and a large pizza for kids. Had a lovely evening here, looked at these reviews and decided to come for dinner as we were staying just down the road. We had to go in through the Nestos Hotel and was only us and 1 other couple but had the best night. Toni the server was incredible our whole time there, explaining everything and was obviously passionate about everything he was serving. All the food was incredible, the sea salt and oil pairings with the bread, the tuna dish and the rib eye as well as sharing a chocolate soufflé and had a great Croatian prosecco.

This was an amazing dinner! The restaurant is a bit hidden, located within the hotel nestor. It's a modern and cosy style of the furniture and decoration. Once we decided for our meals we've got a perfect wine recommendation and very interesting explanations. As a starter they served olive oil with orange aroma, special salt and tasty bread. This was really good! So clear recommendation for that restaurant!

5 of us went here for dinner last night and I must say it was the best food I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the seafood platter to start and for our main we ordered fresh caught fish and squid. We had been wanting to try the Black Risotto and stumbled across this restaurant by following the sounds of diners. The risotto was delicious, the service friendly and efficient and the view stunning. A little bit more expensive than other restaurants but the quality and location was worth it.

Best meal ever! I drove all the way here before my flight to see if it was just a one-off—but it wasn’t. The meat sword is incredible. The first time, I also had the kids’ ćevapi, and this time, the kids’ chicken schnitzel. The fries are amazing soft but crispy. Great restaurant, great atmosphere, great food and great service. We managed to get a table sitting on the beach which was great. Also had the Dalmatian salad and it was more than enough to share with my wife. We also had rice and grilled vegetables for sides, which was more than needed really. Dalmatian salad had a raspberry balsamic vinegar which was really nice. Parking was also very easy, literally parked outside the entrance. Would happily go again.
