One of the best value for the money restaurants we found on the Dalmatian Coast. Everyone in our party of 5 was pleased with their meal. The seafood is top notch. The fried calamari is amazing! Get the Greek Salad. Family run, good service. Would definitely come back

I booked a table for this restaurant for the lada boat race. The girl on the phone did not take my name and I called her back and she said it was not required. On arrival there was no table ... fully booked and they stated they had been booked for months. Fair enough but tell me on the phone it's booked. We were then told 'it's only for locals' I was so angry at this comment. I own a property in Croatia and in 22 years of visiting I have never felt so unwelcome. Shocking customer service. My daughter is disabled and can't walk far so this is why we booked this restaurant. We went to a bar then where we were so welcome.

If you're looking for a delicious traditional meal with an old school atmosphere, Teta Olga does it right. We were recommended to eat here by the lovely staff at Sagena Rooms, which is just down the road from the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the meat platter for two - it was nicely spiced and included fried potato rounds (which is the best type of fries in my opinion). The value (€28) was great for the amount of food, and we left full and happy. The location is pretty tremendous as well! When in Croatia, eat as the locals do!

We absolutely loved this hidden gem. From the firewood-grilled goldfish to the hearty mushroom soup, homemade bread, sausage with potatoes, spaghetti bolognese, and pancakes — every dish was packed with authentic flavor. The olive oil was exceptional, though sadly not for sale. Prices are very wallet-friendly, portions are generous, and the warm, welcoming service made us feel right at home. Teta Olga truly deserves a spot on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list.

We were looking for delicious pizza and been not disappointed here: excellent food and a very reasonable price. The place was very busy and only has a handful of tables outside. Nonetheless we enjoyed our pizza sitting inside even with some waiting time. Waitresses were very nice and friendly. Highly recommend for pizza in Ploce.

I ate here in July 2025. Who would have thought that one can find the best pizza in Croatia in Ploče of all places? Amazing housemade dough and fine ingredients, easily competes with any Neapolitan pizzeria out there. Welcoming to tourists and priced well. If you find yourself in the area I highly recommend!

Very good place, good prices, €15 for cutlets on photo, very big portions. The waiter was very friendly, spoke English, we were with kids and everyone was happy. Maybe inside was a little stuffy but it didn’t spoil our lunch. No problems with parking. Everything was tasty.

Biftek was very good (my boyfriend had it). I was almost vegetarian but I tried chicken here and it was Magical! Beef soup 10/10. Also good wine. Big portions.

Great service, helpful waitress. Food and atmosphere is like at school canteen. Fries are wet, probably have been frozen before. Pasta Carbonara if i can call it so, Cevapi were really average. But chicken was tasty though, additionally waitress added extra free tomatoes and bread.

This was the best Croatian food experience of our whole holiday. The female cook was funny and so nice and she made us without looking in any menu an incredible lunch. The food was the tastiest we had in weeks! Perfect meat, finally delicious potatoes (sorry Croatia, but so far you disappointed us Germans) and amazing fresh tomato salad and bread. 5 stars for this dream! The Ambiente is local. Nothing special. But who cares about special Ambiente, when the food takes you to heaven… ❤️

The prices do not correspond to the portions and the quality of the food. We ate breakfast, for a breakfast plate, which costs 10€, they serve - cold eggs, a few pieces of cheese, sausage and ham, two slices of tomato. Skip this place.

I tried to order the blackfish risotto, they didn't had any risotto available. I ordered the mushroom soup and got what seemed like canned tomato soup. My wife and I ordered the burger, and it was raw inside. We sent it back, because we couldn't eat it like that and it still came back raw. We sent it back again as said we were done and still got charged full price. Avoid at all costs this place is purely a tourist trap which caters to the bus routes which stop here.

Really good! The food was just spot on. Fresh, well spiced and very yummy. The staff is great, friendly and super helpful. Very nice location as you can watch ferries leaving the town. Defo worth a visit!

I asked for a bun with cream, I got oil with a bit of bun and cream sprinkled on it. I got stomach pains and my wife asked me for €5 (the trip to the emergency room was more expensive). Also, a bun with cream is more expensive than a bun with Debrecen ("Hot Dog"). Anyway, in the end I still left her €4.5 because thank God I didn't have €5 😊.

Delicious local food (cevapcići)—delicious, highly recommended. Be careful, it's very filling, and if you can't finish it, they'll wrap it up for you. Our little girl even got a surprise egg... Super friendly people, and despite the language barrier, we were helped well, with help from the locals, some of whom speak good English.
