I visited this place about 5 times on Sundays, when Bili Pivac next to it is closed.
First of all, today I waited right in front of the counter about 7-10 minutes before I was able to make an order. All of the ladies working there saw me standing and staring, but didn't say a thing. They didn't say if I should wait, or offer me to make an order. They ignored me a couple of times when I asked if I can make an order
I asked for Ćevapi and pizza and I immediately got a response that I will have to wait for 40 minutes for the pizza, even though it didn't look too busy (in Bili Pivac they make it in 15 minutes with like x5 more load). So we ended up ordering x2 Ćevapi and 2 kebabs.
After waiting for about 5-10 minutes after ordering, I came back to ask when it would be ready and one of the ladies responded in 15 minutes. So we went for a walk and came back in like 14. When we came back, the order was already packed for the take-out in foil (they didn't ask us about that beforehand). So we were not able to add anything else to the Ćevapi because of that (like sauces, pickles etc. which they offer). I complained, but the lady said she was "calling me for 5 minutes", because the order was finished earlier, even though she said herself that we should come back in 15. After, the other lady, most likely the supervisor, was trying to persuade me that they can't add anything else to Ćevapi, but Ajvar and onion. Anything else is "for extra charge", which is not true, they asked everyone what side stuff they wanted for all of the other orders (but they obviously didn't offer even that, for extra charge, because the food was already done how they decided to do it). Now I'm eating the worst Ćevapi I ever tried in Croatia in 3 years, which doesn't even have onion inside, which they said they put. Ajvar is all they added and it was 8-9 euros per peice or sth. I got pizza a few times before at this place, it's ok if you don't have any other options.
Overall, much worse and more expensive than the place next to it which I mentioned. Also most of them can't speak English at all.
I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get your mood spoiled at night. The food is super average (except Cevapi, which is the worst I ever tried), overpriced and the employees very unfriendly and unprofessional. They need a man😕
