After 3 weeks of coming to Bloom, my review is here. We've tried several types of dishes so far, so we're not judging based on just one brunch. Each and every dish is truly sensational. Of course, some people find the dish tastier, while others may find it less tasty. Some like their eggs this way, some that way... Yes, there are mistakes, but people have just started working. They try so hard, they pay attention to every detail. It's impossible for them not to make a mistake in such a crowd (small, beginner-level, and negligible). On Saturdays alone, between 10 am and 2 pm, so many people pass through the place, not to mention the afternoon shifts, some go to buy flowers, some want a cake, some look at the bakery products, some just look around, some take pictures, while the rest of the people have come for coffee or brunch, and among them all pass smiling waiters, really hard-working guys. Let's be realistic, you have to do it all with a smile and a good mood, kudos to the entire Bloom Room team, keep it up. A lot of effort has been put into everything, it shows, from the ambiance to the fork and knife. We are happy to finally have a place like this in the neighborhood. We know you will be even better, because we see that you take every comment into account and that is a sign of your greatness. Hats off to Bloom Room! 👌
