I need to admit that I’m surprised and overwhelmed with everything in Konoba Gajeta. They offer variety of amazing drinks. Food was outstanding. Fresh Adriatic fish, best I ever tried. You can choose different options of deserts. Staff was very polite and professional. They will explain every dish in detail and make you feel like home. Definitely my warm recommendation.

Amazing view to sea with many tables outside so there is always a free table with a perfect view. The staff is very friendly and the service as fast. I would especially recommend the sea foods here which are always fresh and perfectly cooked. My personal favourite is the boiled mussels which are served in a light tomato sauce - you can get half or 1 kg of it.

I was on vacation in Senj and i was looking for ice cream at this place, some local people told me they have best ice cream there and they didnt lie. Ice cream was delicious and the service is very good so i suggest it to everyone who’s visiting Senj! I will come back next time for sure

The restaurant is well located! And the waiter was super nice and friendly! But then it comes to the set up, with holes of cigarettes, also the benches had holes on it. The floor was dirty, and also the small table clothes were dirty. We’ve asked for a Greek salad that definitely has not much of Greek (I’ve lived in Greece) The quality of the “feta” was super low, and also the olives on it was one of the worst I’ve ever eaten. Low quality! Then it was basically lots of onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. The fish dish was average and the fish was still raw. Clearly not fresh. Again, great waiter who was sorry for us and offered the coffee on the house.

So wherever I am in Senj,... I haven't eaten this well and deliciously in a long time. The best place to eat in Senj without the price being outrageous. In terms of quantity, I have nothing to say...you can't stay hungry at all. The waiter, I have no words to say. The guy knows his job, he does it with love and respect.

The service was just great as the view from the restaurant! We wanted a recommendation from the waiter about the food to purchase and we remained very satisfied by the choice! I hardly recommend this wonderful and warm place! Thank you for the good experience!

We had a very nice lunch here, and the waitress was very kind. I think the cevap was a bit undercooked (not critically), and the carbonara wasn’t top-notch either, even though it wasn’t busy at the time. That said, it was still very tasty — perfectly fine for an average Balkan seaside lunch. Cevap, Carbonara, Karlovacko 0,5, Aperol Spritz | 38 €

This place is a must try! the servings are big. when we tried it the first time, we immediately planned to come back on our 3rd day of our vacation. service is awesome and the food is also amazing! location is also the best, the outside area are not too exposed to the sun during summer. cozy atmosphere. I just hope more people go here because it is really a must try! price is also reasonable compared to other restos. 👍👌🏻

Nice pub with local food and kind staff which spoke multiple languages. Big plus they have their own brewery and their beer was fantastic (dont mind the wrong glass of Karlovacko brand, its just a glass). Took one even home 👍

Delicious food served, though we were waiting for it approx. 1h (fish platter for 2). The meal was fresh and prepared with great touch. We decided to sit inside the restaurant (there are available around 3 tables), as we were disturbed by cigarette smoke from other guests sitting nearby. We were very positively surprised that inside of the restaurant there was no smell from the kitchen coming in, great ventilation system 😉

We finished our day trip at Plitvice Lakes and felt a strong urge to experience local Croatian food. We don’t want to try the touristy expensive food anymore and we discovered this little restaurant nestled in an unknown village. It didn’t disappoint us- we ordered a mixed meat plate for 2. It comes a great amount of meats and fries!!! It costed 36 euros. We even had leftovers for tomorrow! The place offers a rustic feeling. They have outdoor sitting with roses growing there. The waitress doesn’t speak English fluently but tried her very best to explain.

We had pizzas and wine in this joint. Pizza was good and the service was also friendly. Not a Michelin star restaurant of course, but a place you can eat ok food and was full of locals.

Epic pizza, like top 5 ive ever had, staff were welcoming and spoke good english, prices were reasonable, lots of seating area both inside and outside, food came super quick (under 10 minutes). My only complaint was that some of the customers were being rather loud, which isnt a fault on the restaurant. However, at one point a large family came in and one of them yelled extremely loudly to i think the staff, but the staff yelled back, not angrily, they were laughing together. I can understand some friendly banter or whatever, but this was borderline screaming and it was very unsettling.

Really cute traditional place. We had the calamari and the skewers. Both were delicious. The waitress was very sweet and willing to try help in English. We were very late for lunch, so no other people, therefore cannot comment on atmosphere.

Cozy restaurant that is easily accessible from the main road. Enough parking spots in front of the restaurant. The restaurant has a spacious outside terrace and you can barely hear car noises from the road nearby. Service was quick and friendly. Food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious.

Great location- perfect stop when you travel along Croatian coast (that's what I do quite often with the motorcycle). Friendly staff and good food. Last time girlfriend had very tasty cevapcici and I had very good calamari. Place is very nicely decorated!
