The most delicious tartare in Croatia! The chef makes it right in front of you. And the steak is excellent! They bring out the meat and you choose which piece they will make for you. The roasting is perfect! Service at the highest level.

Cortes Pizzería and Pub was such a great vibe and environment! Great music, very chill. Amazing customer service! We had Hrvoje for the majority of the night! He had great energy, great suggestions! Mateo helped us at the end of the evening and he was also very pleasant! Next time we come to Zagreb, we are definitely coming back! They represented the company very well! The food, stellar! I had the Angus Bao Bun and my fiancé had the Por Rib Burger! We forgot our phones so I didn’t get to take picture, but next time we’re here, we will!

This place was tucked away inside of a neighborhood. Our last meal out before returning to the states. The food was great. I ordered the Riley medium well. It came with fries, I also ordered what I thiught was a side of mixed vegetables. I received a bowl, they were so good. The wife ordered the steak pasta with black truffles. It looked very good, she was pleased with her meal. We had a bottle of Korlat syrah wine to complement the meal.

Unexpected, more than satisfying experience overall. It did start with a deer carpaccio that was excellent, only burdened with too many add-ons. Shame, because when all of the extras were removed, the meat itself was blissful. However, lamb in Parmesan cheese and with spinach puree was just right. Winevise, if you order by the glass, you can expect a good pour and fresh wine. Also, instead as an aperitif, house made Botanist liquer proved itself even better as a digestive. Cheers!

Really nice Italian restaurant in new part of Zagreb. Food is special, though a bit pricey. If you want to treat yourself with something extra and you like Italian cuisine make sure to put this place in your favorites. Parking is a bit difficult to find at times, but there is a shopping mall nearby where you can park. Make sure to book the table in advance as the place gets crowded in the evening.

The prices are too expensive for the quality that you receive. I felt that the sauce of my pasta was the one spar brand one. It’s a nice place and have very good customer service, but way too expensive for what you receive.

I suspected this place would just be a traditional Balkan cooking with more fashionable food plating. But you can also say it is a lovely and decent restaurant enviroment offering dishes domestic audience recognize and appreciate. I can magine many will argue about authenticity because they ate in Smederevo or Ohrid bla bla... But Đulbastije were delicious, juicy and tasty from the first to last light bite that was very flavorful.

Amazing food at great prices. Service was also extremely professional and efficient. The pasta with prosciutto and truffles was an incredible appetizer for 2 - and they were kind enough to split it onto 2 plates without request. It's a must-try dish. Phenomenal. The quinoa salad was good, not great, but I loved the pork entrée. Really tender and enjoyable. The restaurant was busy at lunch when we arrived on Sunday afternoon, but we literally had it to ourselves Sunday night. The hip hop music was a strange ambiance choice, but the waiter immediately turned the volume down upon request. The flower wall is a great art installation, and the lighting, stemware, and rugs were all elegant. Highly recommended for guests or anyone else looking for a great meal. We paid 30 euros for a shared appetizer, two entrées, and tap water. Incredible.

We were excited to enjoy a meal here, but when we arrived with our small, well-behaved dog, we were informed that dogs are not allowed inside. In this day and age, many restaurants welcome pets. The lack of flexibility and understanding was frustrating. If you're a pet owner, this is definitely not a place for you. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Tasty burgers, its a small fast food like place to eat on foot but burgers are very delicious!! Edit: They started with amazing prices but got greedy and pumped up the prices way up. Rougamarine Bar & Ton is a truly refreshing addition to Novi Zagreb exactly the kind of place our neighborhood has been missing. The interior is beautifully designed, modern, and inviting, creating an atmosphere where you immediately feel comfortable and want to stay longer. The food is very good, with tasty combinations and a thoughtful presentation that shows attention to detail. The staff seemed a bit confused at times, but we’ll chalk that up to the fact that our group didn’t arrive all at once, so the service ended up being a bit slower. Still, they were friendly and trying their best, so it didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, a very lovely visit, and definitely a place we’ll be returning to. Novi Zagreb finally has something it truly needed!

The place looks great! Cool, stylish, nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the food we had was very good. We tried the burrata, the tuna and the lemon chicken (all very good). The polenta was also good but a bit on the heavy side, maybe too much stuff goes into it (cheese, mayo, fried onions). The dessert (choco hazelnut) was so and so, probably not worth the calories. The espresso was excellent.

The best mazalice I have ever had. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly grilled. The kind that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate what is happening. The cevapcici were just as impressive, packed with depth and smoke, while the lepinja was the ideal pairing, soft inside and lightly crisped on the edges. Even the chicken mazalice were spot on, which says a lot. I spent two days in Zagreb and came here twice. That should tell you enough. The oxtail was melting in the mouth, full of flavor, slow cooked perfection. Service was friendly, atmosphere charming, the kind of place that reminds you why Croatian grill culture is something to respect. A proper local gem.

A very nice Croatian restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere inside. The menu is very broad with a variety of Croatian dishes and the portion sizes were fairly big. The highlight for me was their bread called Gurmanske Mazalice. The bread was warm and pillowy, and inside was a meat paste with some sour cream which came together perfectly and tasted incredible. For my main, I had the veal schnitzel which was huge and came with a portion of chips and a dip. It was done well so the outer coating was crisp and the meat was seasoned well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal and if I have the opportunity, I would love to return to order more of that bread!

My favorite restaurant on my European vacation! I read the reviews and noted that people found it a little pricey. I would say it’s pricey because you are paying for an absolutely charming atmosphere, great service, and exceptionally delicious and authentic Dalmatian food. The waiter even wore a traditional Dalmatian outfit, I wish I had a picture of him! I highly recommend this restaurant! ❤️Dalmacija- the homeland!

This is one of those places you will not stumble upon just by walking around. It is well hidden in one of the newest Zagreb neighborhoods. But it is well worth the visit. Traditional Dalmatian cousine, including desserts, makes a great choice for anyone. Meat menu is also well prepared. Wine card is really good, while this is not the place you go to drink beer it still offers some of the common Croatian brands. Prices are a bit on the high end but well justified. Recommend to any passenger in this area

I stopped by for a quick lunch, and Mon Ami hasn't disappointed. Light and crispy fried sand smelt as an appetizer was delicious, not overfloured, and not greasy at all, although made in sunflower oil, I guess, but very good. More than a generous portion of very well-made shrimp risotto, simple and effective. Exactly what is required. Mon Ami proves to be a reliable choice in these parts

The best Adriatic squid I have ever eaten. The squid was grilled well and fresh. Salty enough and gummy. We had starter but it was okayish. Interesting wine menu of local wines as well as foreign. Kind and very attentive staff. I’d definitely recommend this place for fine dine. Fast service.

I have always liked Batak and often visit their location in Pula, so it felt right to stop by while in Zagreb. What I appreciate most is the consistency. You can always count on quality, solid execution, and a professional staff that knows what they are doing. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, modern but still cozy. I usually go for the cevapcici with kajmak, which are good, though they could use a bit more depth. The mazalice are phenomenal, juicy and full of flavor. Their potatoes are excellent across the board, from sweet potato fries to regular fries, and especially the loaded ones with cheese and bacon. The lepinja is also available, and it rounds out the meal perfectly. A dependable grill where you know you will eat well and leave satisfied every time.

DELICIOUS! I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about the stew. It was the highlight of the meal. It was served with bread. Another highlight was the potatoes with cheese and bacon. The warm brownie with ice cream was the perfect end to the night. Definitely order those three things if you come here. Also, the service was exceptional. We got our food very quickly, maybe 10-15 minutes.
