The dishes served to us were outstanding. The mussels, needless with truffles were beautifully presented and tasted incredible. From seafood to steak, everything was delicious, but the steak stood out as the clear number one for us that day, perfectly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The sea bass and mussels were also exceptional. The service was excellent, and the staff spoke English very well, which made the experience even better. If you are looking for something truly special to eat, this restaurant will surprise you with its dishes. Considering the quality, the prices are a real bargain. The portion sizes were generous, I only managed a starter and a main course. If you are in this part of Croatia, it is definitely worth stopping by for a memorable culinary experience. We were lucky to get a table for five without a reservation, but to avoid surprises, it’s best to call ahead and book in advance.

There are many restaurants in the surroundings you CAN visit. But Konoba Nono you MUST visit. A high recommendation, lovely staff, beautiful and kids-friendly atmosphere, excellent food choice and quality. The presentation of the dishes is attentive to the details and very tastefully done. They have a nice little garden for kids to see local animals. If you‘re looking for high quality food, excellent service and a place that you‘ll for sure rate as „must come again“, then visit Konoba Nono for sure.

Amazon experience, super quick and very very kind service. Nice people working there, and the most importan thing, the food was delicious. We were two, shared mussels, and order carbonara and shrimp rissotto. Everything on point. Totally recommended.

I was the only customer in the restaurant which isnt a good sign the atmosphere was not really nice it was abit dirty wasnt expecting alot from the food but suprisingly it was good. I ordered fried squid (prženi lignji) and it comes with a side of french fries and tartar sauce. The fries were very good and the sauce too. Squid was good to but way to small rings and to oily.Overall food was good, atmosphere could be alot better and the waiter was nice and friendly

If I could give more than 5 stars I’d be happy to do so. We were lucky to find this gem (group of 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog) where we where greeted by Matthias, the restaurant manager. He was our server throughout the whole evening, really professional, ready to always answer all of our questions and with great knowledge of every little detail of the menu. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere so warm and welcoming. Big thanks to the whole team. we will be definitely back 😊

We stumbled upon Angelo’s while walking back from the beach and what a gem! The calamari was the best we've ever tasted fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Our son’s name is Angelo, so meeting the owner (also named Angelo!) was such a sweet surprise they even posed for a photo together! His daughter and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and you could tell their kindness was genuine. This place had the comfort and charm of a local gem the kind of spot you remember long after your trip is over. Thank you for such a lovely evening! We’ll be talking about it for a long time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area don’t miss this place! Ps. We came back for a second time.

This restaurant is just a bit out of the city center (5min walk) and even if it is not as 'fancy' as some tourist catching restaurant in the center, on the other hand the food quality is really great and also the sizes are .. you simply have to visit and see/taste yourselves ;-)

A really great place to eat in Umag. We didn't need to wait to be seated on a Thursday evening in summer. The staff was very kind. Dishes were good, and we got big portions. The place had house wine from the surrounding producers. Also, at the end, we got snaps to taste.

GREAT seafood restaurant serving local specialties with super fresh ingredients. We went twice in two days because everything was so delicious. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, happy to share information about the fish and dishes. We came here for a late lunch after our check in at hotel. The restaurant was almost empty (2 tables and us) and we waited about 15 minutes until waiter came and gave us menu. We were about to leave as waitresses walked around two times and rolled eyes on us. Anyway our waiter was nice and we didn’t wait for a food long time. I had grilled calamari, mussels with white wine sauce and mixed salad. The food was fine, but we expected little bit more as location and restaurant are supposed to be “better”.
