Great affordable food, the cocktails are on the pricier side but very good. The view of the port is also really nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Its not for you if loud music in restaurants bothers you, but we didnt feel bothered by it. Can only recommend :)

We came for a dinner as our host from Jelsa recommended us the place and then we came again, and again as the food, service and climate was simply amazing! That was the best grilled lamb we have ever eaten! Moreover, the service provided by Matko was a pure pleasure to spend the evenings in Konoba Vrisnik. More than that, we loved the wine they served! Thank you for the lovely evenings we spent in your place.

We came to this place after several recommendations and with very high expectations. From the moment we parked the car in the beautiful and authentic Pitve village we knew that it will be incredible experience. The host and the Owners welcomed us warmly and we ordered our food immediately after some local brandy that was just delicious. Our server Sandra was absolutely great. Sweet, attentive and professional. For our main me and my partner ordeded Grilled octopus ( ispod peke ) that has to be ordered day before. I was listening about that octopus from friends and family for years now and it absolutely did not disappoint. It was the best octopus I ever had. For dessert I had chocolate cake and it was amazing. All together, do me a favor please, if you are on Hvar go and visit this incredible place.

we ordered octopus earlier and planned our last dinner in hvar there, after many recommendations. it was a total disappointment, the dishes were swimming in oil! instead of Mediterranean lightness we got mainly potatoes and onions. Neither the salad nor the chicken from the fire were tasty. The service was quite rude. There are better places in hvar. I do not recommend, a nice view is not enough

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly – we felt truly welcome. The food was excellent: delicious, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. If you’d like to try the podpeka (which I highly recommend – it’s absolutely amazing!), make sure to book in advance and let them know ahead of time. Reservations are definitely recommended overall, as this place is popular for a reason. I warmly recommend visiting this place to anyone who appreciates great food and a pleasant atmosphere!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The food is exceptional, with everything made fresh, and the family running the konoba is warm, welcoming, and full of cheer. They even gave us a delightful tour of the kitchen. The octopus is an absolute must-try (just remember to order it a day in advance). This spot is a non-negotiable stop when visiting Hvar. The road to the konoba is well-maintained and suitable for any vehicle, so getting there is a breeze. The hilltop view is breathtaking, and with only 30 guests served per night, the atmosphere is relaxed, cozy, and truly magical. Be sure to make a reservation, as it’s a small, exclusive setting. We loved it so much we returned twice during our vacation. A huge thank you to the wonderful family in charge for making it such a memorable experience!

Food is perfectly cooked. Very fresh. We loved the grilled fish and the grilled lamb. But the best was the potato salad. We loved the wine and the home made iced tea. We also loved the home made bread. To end the meal we had a veggie chocolate cake and Turkish coffee. Staff is amazing. Ante is a perfect host. There is a parking space at the back of the restaurant if you are with a car.

The most hipster place in Vrboska :) Beef burger was better than the fish. French fries were little burned but from fresh potato, the bun needs to be improved. Service nice. A pleasant change to Croatian cuisine, and the children are happy that they can eat burgers, parents are happy that burgers are from fresh ingredients.

Delightful! Order the shrimp burger and local homemade fries! Fish burger:) I could easily sit here all afternoon, sipping and snacking. Colorful sail boat reflections to photograph without even leaving your table. Or you can just settle in with an orange grappa. But be careful. You might miss your bus.

The konoba is set in the middle of an olive plantation and is stunningly beautiful. As a family run business, the staff are really friendly and welcoming. We had a mixed peka, and it was absolutely delicious. Very generous portions and oh so tasty! The price is what we have come to expect now that Croatia is in the Euro zone, but given the amount of meat, not outrageous. Highly recommended 👌

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant on a whim, and arrived to a sweet family hanging out on a lovely Sunday afternoon. We asked if we could eat and they dropped what they were doing, fired up the grill, and made us the most delicious meal that we dined on under an olive tree! We watched them pick herbs from their garden. It was a family affair. It was intimate as we were the only guests, and a unique experience for an American traveler. We absolutely recommend. Stephanie, the daughter, was lovely! So were the cats. :)
