The place is conveniently located on the road and appears popular, especially given the misleading reviews. Service was incredibly fast which is its redeeming quality, but the food quality, sadly, didn’t keep up with that. The lamb was short on actual meat and soup and pasticada arrived cold. The rest was merely okay. Unfortunately, that was not reflected on the price which was depressingly high for such a plain meal.

The food here is absolutely the best I’ve ever had…from the meat and seafood to the fish and roast, everything is of top-notch quality. The portions are generous, so you can really enjoy a hearty meal. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back at the very first opportunity when I’m on Murter again

Great place to visit. Beautifully cooked tuna steak, refreshing salad. The waiter was very professional and nice. Prices are not too high for what you're getting here. My 2yo ate tuna steak, and she loved it.

The best restaurant in the Bay. I can’t wait for the summer to go to Kandela for the best ‘fish in forno’ I’ve ever eaten. The stuff is very kind and you always feel welcome, almost like a return to family (already the second time when we were there they remember our name and where we come from). My son when he was younger said he had his best spaghetti bolognese here, now he is thrilled with Stake in pepper sauce or stake in gorgonzola sauce. They really are the best in the bay. Whenever I come to Jezera (even if it is just for two days, I at least once eat here).

We came for breakfast. Extraordinary rude girl took order. Omlet was ok. She brought our bill. Extra food and drinks added. The bill was 39,60 instead of 20,30 Eur, as we paid after. I haven heard sorry from her. As there were only 2 other tables it could not be a mistake, but deliberate action. Check your bill once you’re visiting this place.

This is a new restaurant since 2024 which has affordable prices and standard selection on the menu as you would find in any other restaurant nearby. Additionally , they also offer daily menus for EUR 11 which are quite generous and delicious. In the times when the prices are only going up, these guys were fair enough to provide great service for good price. Keep up the good work and see you soon!

Absolutely mind blowing! I couldn't stop eating. We got the sea food plate for two, but there was so much food! There were about 5 fish, if not more. The potatoes with spinach were delightful. The price is very acceptable for the position right next to the sea. The atmosphere is very friendly and the waiters were so nice. Would recommend to everyone! At the end of the day, he gave schnapps to everyone.

Stopped in for dinner on our last night in Tisno, so glad we did! Delicious food, packed with flavour and great value for money. Our server, Lidija, was an absolute gem - warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The creamed beef cheeks were melt-in-your-mouth good, and my wife’s grilled sea bream was spot on. Huge food and wine menu, so you’ll never be short of choices. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem! Amazing food, super cute chef, cozy place with very nice service! Must try! Stumbled into this place in 2017. Come back again to Croatia in 2022 and came to look for this place! The chef was super cute and proud saying “I’m the menu and what do you want” haha. We had some goulash with gnocchi and scampi as starters. The beef in goulash was super tender. For main we had a whole plate of low temperature cooked squid and a grilled sea bass. Temperature was so perfect. The squid still had the natural sweetness with it. Sea bass was perfectly cooked with crispy skin. The potato and cabbage side was very simple and yummy! The service is very friendly and homey. Decoration is cozy and comfortable. The seats outside are facing the bay. Great view! Really one of my favorite places in Croatia! Next time when I come to Croatia I will definitely visit again!

Even though the food was really delicious the service was a bit strange. We did reserve a table and still we had to wait for the table for 15 min when we arrived. There is no menu and no prices. You won't know how much you're gonna pay for the dish. Not even an estimation. A waiter made the price up 😏 what we didn't like. I tried to pay for the dinner by card and the waiter asked for some price (131 eur) but the POS terminal didn't work (i really saw it) and for cash payment he asked for more than 20 eur (157 eur). This experience has never got us back anymore. Fortunately, the food was really yummy and tasty.

Great place to dine in Tisno. Loved the location and the atmosphere, good food with a beautiful view of the bay is always a way to go. The burger that i ordered was full of flavor, simple and quality ingredients worked to perfection. Tried a few slices of the pizza which was baked perfectly, mouthful of matched flavors that leave you with a smile afterwards. The service was very good, fast and polite, checking in with me if everything was ok with the food. All in all Štorija is a place that i would recommend to anyone looking for a tasty dinner in a chill atmosphere, something you have to do if you visit Tisno 👌

The best place to eat in Tisno! If you want good quality food made with care this is the best place. Make sure to try the Prawn sandwich (my absolute favorite, called Sendvic s kozicama in croatian), the tuna burger and the grilled sardines - these are our 3 favorites. The wine is delicious also and they have their own homemade rakia. The owners are the kindest people and you can tell the restaurant is ran with such care and thought that is rare to see these days. So if you're around, make sure to pop in because you can't miss this one.

This place serves high quality, authentic dalmatian food. It‘s located in a side street, rather calm and provides shade and ventilation just steps away from the promenade of Jezera.. As a first time visitor (visited my in-laws in their vacay home), this is the ‚go-to‘ place for family outings. Pricing is very good too and the staff super friendly. I know we‘ll be back and hope you‘ll pay a visit too. Sorry we cannot provide pictures, since we‘re regulars we don‘t take them ;) Make sure you have a reservation, be on time and enjoy!!

This is the best meal I’ve had within a 30 mile radius. The menu is reasonably sized (a few amazing items is much better than a lot of bad ones), meals are based on local fare and well thought through. I’d be happy to dine there again, which is not something I’d say about any other place nearby. This restaurant also has a nice ambience and decor (love the frogs!). Compared to all the generic restaurants on the island providing poor service and overpriced not-so-great food to tourists, this is a gem.

We had fish, surlice, cevapcici and a grilled mix. The fish was great, surlice were good - could’ve been more seasoned. Cevapcici were not much and not really good and the meat of the grilled mix was not good at all. The fries were selfmade and good. Service was not existent. Once we received our food we had to look for the waiters to get more drinks. Cannot really recommend that place.
