Cash only and we had to wait some time, but the staff are very friendly and it was well worth it... The food was delicious, I tried the Burgazam with fries, totally recommended!

A wonderful place! A cozy atmosphere, a mesmerizing view of the sea, and pleasant music create a truly special mood. The food is beyond praise — delicious, beautifully presented, and made with love. It's a cute little Restaurant with very nice waiters. There is also a variety of food available. They gave us potatoe bread and it was really delicious. The Pasta with gambaretti was a little bit too salty. Overall the quality and taste of the food was okay but not overwhelming.

The food was great - fresh seafood, tasty meals, portions were big and the prices were affordable. The service was also amazing - friendly staff and quick service. I have updated the pin on the map to ensure accuracy of location. For reference (coming from the main walkway), this is off a street near a souvenir shop and not the street where the restaurant with hanging colorful chairs on the wall are.

It’s a good place to eat if you’re in the area. The dining room is small but cozy, with nicely textured stone walls. Parking is easy right in front, and the service is friendly and efficient — the food arrived quickly. Takeaway is also no problem here. The food is decent, but don’t expect fine dining.

We had a fantastic afternoon here- we ate the best seafood we have eaten on the seaside to date. Mario was an excellent host! Highly recommend ❤️🐠🦐🐙🤩🤩🤩 EDIT- I was made to do this review before we got our bill.. not surprising as he had over charged us for fish thinking we were stupid. And we were .. for eating here! € 200 for 2 small fish .. he neither showed us the fish or explained the prices. Extremely unprofessional. He obviously thought we could ‘afford’ it coming from ‘Australia ‘. This type of Croatian hospitality makes me sick. And we ARE Croatians ! Eat with caution and ask the price of EVERYTHING. Or avoid all together is my recommendation 💯 SRAMOTA !

We recently ate here and were shocked. We paid 85 € for a fishplate that was recommended to us! As shown in the picture, it consisted of one sea bream, two octopus, and a pair of fried calamari. What the waiter failed to tell us was that the sea bream alone costs 45 € and that the other items are also charged separately as individual dishes. Neither the portion size nor the quality of the food justifies the price. We are shocked.

Great quality with swiftly delivered courses, paired with a nice view, next to the harbor, or while waiting for the next ferry. We enjoyed, fish, beef, pasta, pizza bread.. all courses very delicious, while maybe the sauce of the mussels is debatable - anyhow great quality, just not 100% my taste. Very affordable prices compared to other restaurants on the island, with care taking service.

The restaurant is situated right next to the sea, so that's a big plus. Outdoor terrace is really nice and cozy. The food is quite good, though you're probably getting your money's worth most when ordering pizza.

Although I originally came to this restaurant for pizza, I changed my mind after looking at the menu. I decided to try a meat dish and didn't regret it. My only small complaint is that the chicken had skin on it, but I understand that this is normal in cooking. The drink selection was also very good and high-quality, and I enjoyed a glass of wine. The waiter who served me was very kind and helpful with recommendations. Thank you for the coffee on the house. That was a nice surprise.

Found Riva by chance as we were cycle touring and it started to rain heavily. We were wanting lunch and it was a dry location. We hadn’t thought that they would have such a good menu choice at good prices. We went for the tuna and the calamari. The tuna was cooked just as I ordered it, still red in the middle. The calamari portion was huge. Both very happy with the meal. We were surprised at the large size of the portions for the price. Overall we were very well satisfied and happy to avoid the rain.

Small restaurant located a bit outside of the main beach area. The food was great (we had Meat platter for one person, which would be good enough for two people for sure), the service was good and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The only downside (for a tourist) is probably the location since you don’t get to see the sea/beach and it’s not exactly the historical area either. Other than that it’s a great place :)

One of the worst experiences ever. A simple order turned out as an unexpected misery. Fish broth, 1/2 kg of mussles, coleslaw. The soup was served first an as placed on the table that terrible smell rised disgust in my guts already. Stirred with the spoon was nothing but a handful of rice cooked in a stinking water or was it a rinse of mussles served later? And there was no sight of fish in it. I tasted a sip and almost threw up and also other party suggested to return it. The server took it away and appologized for the inconvenience still insisting it was prepared with fish stock. Next, a plate of mussles counted about 20 pieces, definitely not 500 g altogether. Coleslaw was not served. Very bad though the server was trying his best. 0 points for the cook.

The food was incredible, seafood served fresh, steaks cooked to perfection and pasta al dente. Our waiter made the whole experience a 10/10. Didn’t hesitate to take a shot with us. Overall best dining experience in Croatia.

Absolutely perfect. I had such a nice time here. The dishes are very interesting and tasty. My meat had a well-hit cooking point. I also enjoyed the Tiramisu there. The waiters are very kindly and attentive. In combination with the nice ambient and music a great experience. Thank you so much for creating this nice memory. I will definitely come back.

"I stopped by Menfisto on my way to Split, and it was such a delightful experience! I enjoyed a tasty pizza paired with a local beer while taking in the beautiful beach atmosphere. It felt so neighborly, with locals hanging out, sipping beer and wine, and children splashing in the water right in front of the restaurant. The vibe was relaxed and friendly, with everyone in their swimsuits enjoying the sun. Just a heads up – it's cash only, so make sure to bring some along. The staff spoke very little English, but they were incredibly warm and offered great recommendations. A lovely spot to take a break!"

Average burger which is not a bad thing, but both burger and fries were too salty. Service for drinks was fast, but we waited for over half an hour for burgers. It seemed to me that people made large orders to go, which kept the kitchen very busy. But the atmosphere is amazing, you are basically sitting on the beach in the shade watching ships sail by. The wind was very welcome in +30°C weather. Will go again, hoping that the burgers will be less salty.

Fish grilled on coal is something else! The team was extremely resourceful in setting up a table for us even when they were booked out completely The vibe is real. It's hard to reach by car and feels like a remote island
