Absolutely delicious restaurant! The waitress was adorable and very friendly. The pizzas were tasty, the ravioli were great, and the Caesar salad was generous and delicious as well. We also tried the pear pie for dessert, so good! The cocktails were on point too. Prices are reasonable and there’s plenty of space. Great atmosphere overall, I highly recommend!

The pizza was excellent – fluffy dough that stayed soft until the last bite, paired with a well-seasoned tomato sauce full of fresh herbs. The location is very convenient, and even the kids’ burger menu was nicely done, served with tasty homemade fries. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised – the prices are very reasonable for the quality. We also tried the pasta Carbonara, which came with a generous amount of grated truffle. Amazing food. I had the tuna steak with grilled vegetables with some focaccia and a glass of malvaziya. The tuna was done medium rare. It was perfectly seasoned and with a nice crust. The grilled vegetables were perfect as well. The bread was very fresh. I'd highly recommend a visit. It is not far from Trsat Castle. Just about 500m down the road.

In the very heart of Rijeka’s old town, Filodrammatica is a little haven for the senses. We sat outside in their garden on the šetalište, the car-free promenade, with the old clock tower to our left and charming historic buildings all around. On that hot summer day, chilled English classic hits drifted through the air, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed a creamy seafood (frutti di mare) risotto, while my husband had a warm, aromatic chicken curry – both perfectly prepared. Our friendly waitress even solved our wobbly table problem with a few pieces of paper under the legs, a small gesture that made us feel cared for. Filodrammatica is the kind of place where time slows down, and the only thing you rush for is the chance to return.

This place is quiet has a very nice Spanish atmosphere. They serve Prosciutto here in black and white pig leg. The bar is where I usually sit and I have a good time. The owner is a nice guy and people here speak English so I would recommend it to anyone visiting. The Prosciutto is served with bread and sometimes the owner will take shots with you. Fridays is when the whole place is packed with people so you might wanna make a reservation on that day unless you're alone

We had lunch here on a Friday and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was very good (Annamaria), meals were tasty, generous portions and reasonably priced. We even tried their raspberry dessert and it was delicious. If you pay by card their tips suggestions are 7%, 10% or 12% which seems to be quite high as a suggested percentage but you can customize the amount.

Following my experience in Zagreb, I am pleased to have found the same high standard at the Batak restaurant in Rijeka. It is immediately noticeable that they have a special 'something' in their approach: the staff is extremely kind, yet unobtrusive, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, it is very tasty, and the menu offers more than enough choice for everyone to find something they like. The wine list also deserves praise. Furthermore, it is evident that a lot of effort and attention has been invested in the interior design of the space.

SapoRi is an excellent choice for anyone craving great pasta or risotto. Their selection of both is wide and interesting, making it easy to find something unique. We decided on one pasta dish because we were intrigued by their homemade almond pesto and one risotto that caught our attention with its dar beer and ricotta sauce. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The wine selection is also great, offering enough variety to complement the food nicely. On top of that, the waiter was friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful evening at this restaurant. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the food was outstanding. The food was actually quite good and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined by one of the most unfriendly waitresses I’ve ever met. She seemed constantly annoyed, made us feel unwelcome, and created a very unpleasant atmosphere. Such a shame, because the place itself has potential – but with service like this, I cannot recommend it.

This place is just amazing. the portions are HUGEEE we asked for a 2 person plate its at least for 3 person or 4 and we had a separate dish where the meat was the size of the whole plate and its not just big but tasty as well. the service was also very nice and they are dog friendly! really appreciate this place and would 100% recommend it. fast, kind and lovely place.

Came here two days in a row because the food was so good! Had the game (deer) goulash on day and the Boskarin goulash the second day had both with the home made gnocchi, also had their cauliflower soup and it was all delicious! Super quick service too, 5 minutes between ordering and my food arriving!

AMAZING PIZZAS!! The menu is different now from what was before (forgot to take a pic 😭) but it was really good. My husband got the white sauce pizza with pistachios and i got red sauce that’s a bit on the spicy side. It had baby peppers that were just oozing with flavor. Never had that before and it’s so gooood! Dogs are allowed and highchair for baby is available ☺️ Only downside was that we were served not so cold beer but we were able to get ice for them. ❤️

Delicious cabbage stew with polenta. Just like my Baba used to make. Large portions and gluten free. To find it, go through the clock tower and to the back left corner of the court yard and up the stairs to the left.

some of the best cooked fish i’ve had in my life. prepared quite simply to let the ingredients shine. after driving all day we came at an odd time and so we were one of two tables. we sat outside and the ambiance might not appeal to some but i liked being on the quieter street by the fish market. i never care about good service because i think the food speaks louder but i would be remiss not to mention the very charming server who was excited to chat about hockey with a foreigner. he recommended all our food and even though the combination was odd to our palates (potatoes two different ways as sides) we thought it was such a charming and simple dinner. the wine pairing with the fish was lovely. since we didn’t have much say in the order we were expecting he picked a pricier cut of fish (especially because it tasted so good) so it was quite a pleasant surprise when the cheque came and we realized he picked a modestly price, fresh fish for us. overall great experience. on a 4 week road trip through so many different cities, this is the only restaurant i would want to go back to.

Never had a "steak" like this in my life. It's supposed to be medium, it's supposed to be a steak, the potatoes are supposed to be grilled, and the sauce it's supposed to be truffle sauce but it seems to be some kind of mushroom sauce with truffle "smell". My wife got the pasta with kalf, but probably it's a 20 years old kalf, pasta seems to be frozen and sauce tasteless. Salad was told to be with potatoes and ofc it wasn't, as well as all meat was chewy. Please never come here unless everything else is closed and you're starving. PS: the waitresses didn't know anything about the dishes, so it was hard to decide something, but amyways, Just don't come...

The meat platter is quantitatively okay, but I have never eaten such tasteless food. The vegetables and potatoes are full of oil, the meat has no flavor, it’s unsalted, even the ajvar is tasteless. The same goes for the stuffed pork chop. No flavor, unseasoned, the potatoes are neither boiled nor baked, full of oil and without taste.
