Doesn’t worth the price. Food was not tasty. Beef was sour. Schnitzel was bold and not so crispy. For every side dish you have to pay separately. For takeaway you’ll get a simple box, with everything inside, without even a bag.

Won't recommend! We just ate here with 4 people and a toddler... Our experience started not great, a dirty table, which was cleared of but not wiped. We had to get our own kid-chair. The 2 pizzas where okay and reasonable price. But the "grilled meat" plate was too expensive and the meat was fried and baked... nothing from a grill, 6 small pieces of meat and a lot of potatoes. The service from a old man was simply rude, no good evening, not asking what we want to drink, not a single smile, how hard can that be. We ordered sauce for the meat platter, but we where already 1/3 done before they came, and told us "patience is a virtue". Well so is good and friendly service.... Which in this restaurant you will not find! No thank you, no good bye. Bad experience! We won't come back!

My husband and I have been coming to the Alexander Hotel for several years now and would like to share our impressions of this welcoming hotel, the attentive staff, and especially the excellent cuisine under the direction of Chef Vitaly Baranov. Breakfasts are varied: not the standard scrambled eggs, croissant, and coffee, but a wide selection of cold appetizers and exquisite hot dishes: porridge (pearl barley with caramelized pear, millet with pumpkin, oatmeal), eggs of any kind in various combinations, beetroot rolls with cheese, steamed turkey cutlets, pancakes, and syrniki. All dishes are made from the highest quality farm produce. The chef's dinners are haute cuisine creations with exquisite combinations of ingredients and imaginative presentation. Celebrating New Year's at the Alexander Hotel is a true pleasure! The banquet is beyond praise, with live music, vocals, and a spectacular fireworks display at midnight! A huge thank you to the Alexander Hotel team for the care and homey comfort with which they welcome their guests!

An amazing place in Rogaška Slatina, I would be a regular visitor if I had a similar service in my place. Portions are huge, tasty and percentage of unhealthy, fatty ingredients among salads/vegetables is not so big. At least, this is my excuse to consume fast food from time to time)

Chicken kebab is the best I've ever tried, and I have eaten hundreds. The hamburger is so juicy and delicious you can't stop eating it. The owner is so friendly. If you are ever near this place, you should visit.

The food was good (but not to die for, especially considering I ordered the tasting menu), service below par for a restaurant of this supposed class. The dishes did not arrive simultaneously for the guests and the waiter did not really go out for his way to make us feel welcome. It's worth a visit, but don't expect the pinnacle of culinary experiences.

Returned for the good experience, left disappointed. I came back to this café because I had a lovely experience. Unfortunately, this visit was the opposite. The service was indifferent, no smile, no friendly words. The blonde waitress was extremely attentive to a table of foreign tourists, but completely ignored me, a grandmother with a baby and a stroller. When she brought my lemonade, she immediately asked for payment. Then it started to rain. There was no umbrella above my table, so I tried to move under a chestnut tree while holding my baby, pushing the stroller, and carrying my drink. The waitress rushed past me to the table with above mentioned tourists, checked on them kindly, and walked right by me without even looking, let alone offering help. It felt like guests were divided into categories: those who matter, and those who don’t. This time, I was clearly among the latter.

Great experience. Food was very very good, interior is classy, warm.. I must mention..lady from recepction Renata, i was super excited with her charm, knowledge and with her behavior in general..young generations must learn from people like her. U can invest milions in equipment, marketing,..but if u dont have PEOPLE u did nothing. Found my new best place in Rogaška, and will be back 100%.
